Formerly known as Fox Plaza and featured in the 1988 film Die Hard, 2121 Avenue of the Stars is a 34-story Class A office tower located in the heart of Century City, Los Angeles. The building offers stunning panoramic views, a modern and sophisticated lobby, on-site dining, a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor collaboration spaces, and versatile event venues. To enhance prospective tenant engagement and showcase the property’s unique features, I curated a high-impact tour experience for the 10th-floor suite. I oversaw the $200,000 project from concept through execution, which included path of travel planning and large-scale environmental graphics. As part of the experience, I developed a presentation deck at a 1:24 scale to accurately visualize how signage and graphics would integrate within the space, helping bring the tenant journey to life and highlighting the building’s prime location and amenities.
