2121 Avenue of the Stars Office Tour Experience

Formerly known as Fox Plaza and famously featured in the 1988 film Die Hard, 2121 Avenue of the Stars is a 34-story premium office high-rise located in the heart of Century City, Los Angeles. The building boasts stunning panoramic views, a modern and sophisticated lobby, on-site dining, a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor collaboration spaces, and versatile event venues. To enhance prospective tenant engagement and showcase the property’s unique features, I developed and curated a tour experience for the 10th-floor suite. This presentation deck was created at a 1:24 scale to provide an accurate visualization of how the signage will integrate within the space.

After planning the path of travel and determining the locations for each signage station, I created a floor plan map to aid in visualization.

At this welcome station, the prospective tenant's company logo would be displayed on the wall, allowing them to envision the space as their own office.

To ensure the body copy would be the right size when printed to scale, I added type samples to view the text at its actual size.

To help visualize the tour experience, I created mockups with the signage in perspective. I also selected a Sherwin-Williams wall paint color to add variety and contrast against the stark, white walls.

These pylon signs were made from clear acrylic and illuminated from the bottom with LED lighting.
