Spectrum Terrace Property Brochure

Spectrum Terrace is a 1.1M SF office campus located in Irvine Spectrum, the heart of Southern California’s innovation corridor. The property features unique indoor-outdoor workspaces, resort-like amenities, and expansive outdoor areas, making it one of the most highly coveted office communities in Orange County. I led this project from concept to execution, taking full ownership of the art direction, design, and development. I created a marketing brochure for Spectrum Terrace’s initial development phase, focusing on key messaging such as campus connectivity, elevated amenities, natural landscapes, and customizable workspaces. I also designed and programmed a digital interactive version of the brochure to provide a dynamic, engaging experience for potential tenants. Detailed site maps highlighted Spectrum Terrace’s proximity to local residential communities, shopping centers, and leading tech companies.
