Irvine Company Office: The Retention Puzzle

Irvine Company Office Properties is a division of Irvine Company, the leading real estate business in Orange County, California. Irvine Company is dedicated to creating vibrant neighborhoods and sustainable communities that offer housing, jobs, retail centers, schools, parks, and open space. I took sole ownership of this project, leading the art direction and design to transform complex survey data into clear, visual storytelling. The surveys, which focused on how the workplace impacts employee quality of life and employer satisfaction, resulted in extensive data that was difficult to digest. I created an engaging infographic that broke down this information into bite-sized charts, graphs, and visualizations to enhance reader comprehension and make the data more accessible.
